To get the projects built on time and on budget, we use the best practices in web project management and focus on continual enhancement of our expertise and efficiency of work processes. Our project managers have rigorous understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Every Web project is split into four basic phases:
- Project Planning
- Project Implementation
At the very beginning of our interaction with a client, we try to get a clear understanding of the client's business, clarify the project objectives and define the target audience. Based on a dedicated research effort, account executive (and/or project manager) together with the creative and technical teams is preparing Commercial Proposal, which contains descriptions of the proposed solutions, sample releases of designs, time frame and cost estimates. If the client is satisfied with the submitted materials and decides to go on with our company, the contract is signed.
At this stage we are preparing detailed Technical Requirements, final budget and timeline of the project. These materials contain comprehensive information about site architecture, and technical and functional specifications. At the same time our creative team is working on final design and submitting sample releases of designs for customer approval.
After client's approval of Technical Requirements and sample releases of designs, we proceed to the development stage. The deliverable of this stage is a working model of the website, which is available to the customer over Internet. Upon completion of the development process, we test the site, fix bugs and retest it. After that the website is ready to go live.
If required, we can undertake all or some activities connected with subsequent maintenance of the developed website. In general these works may be included into the scope of a principal contract for website development.
